Rainbow Mountain Full Day

Our day begins with the pick-up from your hotel between 4:30 to 5:00 a.m. Then, in our transportation, we will head south of the city of Cusco for 1.5 hours, crossing many colonial towns, to reach the district of Cusipata, where it will be time to have our breakfast and gather energy for an amazing excursion. We then continue in our transportation for another hour. We start our hike for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Chilliwani at 4,600 meters / 15,160 feet (starting point of the hike). With each step closer to the summit, the mountains become aesthetically perfect. The natural magic of this hidden treasure perfectly exposes its art, where the ancient local people and their wildlife allow you to enter their secret world. The summit of Vinicunca awaits our attention at 5,100 meters – 16,700 feet, with stunning views of the Vilcanota mountain range. We will also see the highest mountain in the Cusco region, Ausangate, at 6,375 meters / 20,900 feet. At the top, you will have enough time to enjoy your snack, take photos, and breathe the fresh Andean air.
